1️⃣ Physical Products (Gemstones, Rudraksha, Yantras, etc.)
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or dissatisfaction with astrological results. All purchases are final.
Exceptions are made only if:
The product is damaged during shipping
You received the wrong item
In such cases:
You must notify us within 3 days of delivery.
Provide clear evidence (photos) of the damage or error.
Once approved, we will offer:
A replacement (if available)
Or a refund to the original payment method
2️⃣ Consultation Fees
Fees paid for astrological consultations are fixed and non-refundable under any circumstances.
Please ensure you understand the service details before booking.
3️⃣ Customized or Personalized Products
Customized, engraved, or specially ordered items cannot be returned or refunded.
4️⃣ How to Request a Return (for approved cases)
Email info@astrologybyshivang.in within 3 days of delivery.
Include:
Order number
Photos of the product
Description of the issue
Returns must be approved in writing before sending items back.
5️⃣ Conditions for Acceptance
Items must be unused and in original packaging.
We reserve the right to decline returns if the claim is invalid or the item is used or altered.
6️⃣ Processing Refunds
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
